Services
I utilise pad cad digital patternmaking software having decided in February 2020 this was the future of pattern making and set myself up to operate from home.
Patternmaking/Digitising
I will make your designs a reality by digitising your block patterns (from former cardboard if applicable) into the pad patternmaking system. Taking your sketch’s, pictures, design ideas and tech package to spring life into your garments.
Specifications Sheet
While creating your pattern, I will initiate a detailed specification sheet for the makers to follow to ensure the construction is accurate. Complete with your drawing, measurement chart and instructions.
Fittings/Alterations/Grading
It is always best practice to have a pre manufacturing sample made to ensure any fit adjustments are accurate before going into production. I can help with fittings and apply adjustments to your patterns until you have your finished pattern.
Once you have your fit for purpose sample ready for production, I can then grade your patterns to your required size range by applying grade rules for your specific requirements completed ready for make into production.

With a passion for fabrics and apparel, I have an extensive 25-year involvement in Auckland's clothing sector. My experience encompasses a diverse array of projects, spanning women's and men's attire, uniforms, sportswear, safety apparel and children's garments.
My work has consistently revolved around collaborating with enterprises that are transitioning to integrate sustainability in their processes. I support my clients throughout the design, patternmaking, and manufacturing stages. I harness my expertise to work with ethical and inventive designs that I help bring to life.
